I searched through several episode guides for Thunder Mask after your comment came in---but I couldn't find close matches for these two. With all due respect, I don't think they appeared in Thunder Mask. I have more images of these elusive kaiju and I will be sharing them soon.

Sorry, the monsters are not in Thunder Mask.
But, My friend taught me.
The bird shape monster name is "GARIGARI".
The another monster(with two long tongue) name is "BEROBERO".
The monsters are in the commedy show "Machaaki maetake hajimaru yo"(1971 On Air in NTV).
